Refund policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
Eligibility
To receive a full refund, items must be:
- Unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging (pen case, warranty papers, cartridges, converter, gift box, etc.).
- Fountain pens must be un-inked (no ink drawn through the converter). Inked pens are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Final sale items
All items purchased at discounted or sale pricing are Final Sale (no returns or exchanges).
Return shipping
Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the purchaser’s responsibility.
Refund timing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 3–5 business days.
Return shipping tip
For items valued over $75, we recommend shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Fountain Pen Ink
All fountain pen ink (bottles and cartridges) is Final Sale.
From November 1 to March 31, ink ships at the purchaser’s risk due to cold weather. RKR Stationery is not responsible for cold-related damage and may, at our discretion, hold ink shipments during extreme temperatures.
Damage & Wear
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for misuse or normal wear over time.
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify RKR Stationery and Canada Post within 24 hours of delivery.
Please:
- Take clear photos of the outer box, inner packing, and the item
- Keep all packaging materials (box, paper, bubble wrap, etc.)
We will use this information to file a damage claim with Canada Post.
