Shipping policy

Where we ship
RKR Stationery ships within Canada only, excluding Quebec, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. Shipping & handling may not be available in all areas.

Carriers
Orders shipping outside Calgary are sent via trusted couriers. A tracking email will be provided when available.

Processing time
We ship Monday–Friday. Orders typically leave our shop within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Calgary delivery

Delivery is to street addresses only. If no one is available, we’ll leave the parcel at your front door and it will be considered delivered at that point. Any loss or damage after delivery is at the purchaser’s risk.

Free next-day delivery within City of Calgary limits on orders $50+ before tax (Mon–Fri).

Weekend orders are packaged and delivered the following Tuesday.
