Designed for the way our days move between places and purposes, the RKR Commuter Backpack combines generous capacity with thoughtful organization in a clean, modern design.

Three main zippered compartments create dedicated space for technology, documents and everything else the day may require. Double zippers provide flexible access, while the luggage-style main compartment fully wide so contents are easy to see, pack and retrieve. A separate padded technology compartment keeps a laptop protected, with additional room for charging cables and accessories.

Beyond the interior, the backpack continues to adapt. Adjustable side compression straps allow its profile to change with the load, while a zip-away water bottle pocket is there when needed and neatly concealed when it isn’t. A soft back panel and padded shoulder straps add comfort, and the rear luggage strap makes it easy to pair with rolling luggage when travelling.

An integrated USB charging port provides convenient access to a power bank stored inside the backpack, while three carrying options — luggage-style, briefcase-style or backpack — allow it to move differently depending on where the day takes you.

Available in Black and Grey, the RKR Commuter Backpack brings organization, flexibility and considered design together in one place — simplifying how we carry what we need.

Designed Around What You Carry

Space, Reconsidered

Most backpacks narrow as they reach the top. It’s a familiar shape, but one that can reduce the space available for the things we actually carry.

This backpack takes a different approach. Its rectangular form maintains usable space from top to bottom, while the luggage-style opening allows the main compartment to open fully so you can see, organize and access what is inside.

Shoes, lunch, books, journals, files or a change of clothes can be arranged rather than simply stacked on top of one another.

It isn’t simply about having more space. It’s about making better use of the space you have.

A Place for the Smaller Things

The large compartment isn’t only about what it can hold. The inside of the opening adds organization for the things that can otherwise disappear into the bottom of a bag.

Small pockets keep pens, pencils and notepads within easy reach, while a separate zippered pocket provides a more secure place for the things you don’t want loose inside your bag — keys, a wallet, lanyard or passport.

Everything has space. The smaller things have their place.

Technology Has Its Own Place

A padded sleeve keeps your laptop protected and separate, while the surrounding compartment leaves room for the technology that travels with it. Even with a 15.6″ laptop in place, there is generous space for chargers, cables, headphones and other everyday tech.

The Things You Reach For First

Not everything needs to be packed away.

The generous front compartment keeps notebooks, documents and folders within easy reach, while the smaller exterior pocket is made for the things you may want along the way — earbuds, sunglasses, a small notepad or hand sanitizer.

Two accessible spaces, each with a different purpose, so you can reach what you need without opening the rest of your bag.

Carry It Your Way

Luggage. Briefcase. Backpack.

One bag, three ways to move through the day. Carry it upright by the top handle when moving luggage-style, turn it sideways for a more traditional briefcase carry, or slip it over your shoulders when you want your hands free.

The Details

It’s often the smaller decisions that make something work better.

A Pocket When You Need It

The side water bottle pocket zips neatly closed when not in use, preserving the backpack’s streamlined profile. Unzip it and the pocket expands to securely accommodate a water bottle when you need one.

Adjusts to the Load

A backpack rarely carries the same amount every day. The adjustable side compression straps allow the profile to change with what’s inside — providing room for a fuller load, then drawing the bag in when carrying less.

The result is a backpack that maintains a more structured, streamlined profile, whether it’s packed for the day or carrying just the essentials.

Comfort Where It Matters

A fuller bag shouldn’t mean an uncomfortable carry. The softback panel provides a cushioned surface against the body, while generously padded shoulder straps help distribute the load more comfortably.

Together, they add comfort where it’s felt most — particularly on longer commutes, through airports, or on days when the backpack is carrying more.

One Less Thing to Carry

Travel already gives you enough to manage. The rear luggage strap slides securely over the telescoping handle of a rolling suitcase, allowing the backpack to travel with your luggage rather than on your shoulders.

A small detail that can make a noticeable difference through airports, hotels and everywhere in between.

Stay Connected

A low battery always seems to happen at the worst possible moment.

The integrated USB charging port allows a power bank stored inside the backpack to connect to your phone on the outside, making it easy to charge while commuting, studying, travelling, or moving between appointments.

Technology continues to evolve, but the idea remains the same: keeping power within easy reach when your day doesn’t stop.

Power bank and USB adapter are not included.

One Bag. However the Day Unfolds.

Some days require a laptop and a notebook. Others add lunch, files, a change of shoes, chargers and everything needed for what comes next.

The point isn’t to carry more. It’s to have one place for what your day requires — organized, protected and ready to move with you.

If we can’t simplify what we carry, perhaps we can simplify how we carry it.
